- Avoid input
- Kneel down in fetus position (especially if dizzy)
- Cover/close eyes
- Cover ears/music (avoid input)

Panic attacks at home
- Lay down (especially if dizzy)

- Untie stomach knots on knees and elbows.
When in control
- Leave everything as is an get to your safe spot safely.
- Eat and drink something as soon as possible (blood sugar)
- Find a distraction of choice (music, movie)
- Try to sleep (panic attacks drains your energy)
