What's wrong with this picture?
Everyy where you go, it's always the same.
No wonder we all have changed into emotional shut-in's. When we stand right next to each other, we prefer the company of the newest technology.
The TV even makes programs from other time areas, and families love it. The children play with each other outside as 30 years ago, and even though they all before the show said, that it would be very hard not to have access to a phone and social media - they actually end up loving the intimacy of a real family. And they are all sure, that they will make huge changes, when they go back home.
Never the less they all end up in the exact same situation as before. Sitting behind a TV screen, while typing on the phone at the same time.
Is it so difficult to imagine, that this is in fact a bad change in our lifestyles?
My PTSD showed itself most clearly, when my phone gave a signal, that there was mail/sms to answer. It was supposed to be a big help during daily basis - technology.
But companies follow close up. If you don't answer back in 20 minutes, you have 3 unreceived phone calls and one mail from the boss, asking what the F you are doing. Well, I was out driving, I didn't have a bad consciousness. But it started to stress me out, and for more than a year after I stopped working, I didn't even touch a computer.
Are you a slave of technology, or does it work for YOU?
