I feel bad for not writing, however that would confuse everyone, since my thoughts are all over the place.
I simply can't find a way to control them, I have no exercise, no knowledge, no resources, nothing to grab into.

I have good topics to share about activities, that I recently also noticed as triggers. Comfort food and calming exercises, but I can't control my thoughts.
They seem to loose track of where I was going, and end up in a total different world if thoughts, until exploding into thoughts is all directions!
Until I get a grasp on this, its very difficult for me even to write and stay on topic, so for now I need to find a solution for this shit.
